FOREWORD FROM CLASS OF 55-Q :

We in the class of 55-Q will always remember our days of training here at Greenville Air Force Base for several reasons. One of the most outstanding features is the consistent weather. It seems that Q class set a new record for getting behind in flying time. As a matter of fact, we got so far behind that the powers that be, found it necessary to split the class up by graduating Gray Flight on schedule and holding up the graduation of Silver Flight for a month. As we look back on the times we shared together through the training in Primary and here, we cannot help but continue to consider ourselves as one group. It is with this thought in mind that we of the original 55-Q class have decided to compose this yearbook.
