Description

Christopher Boyd, ex - U.S. Air Force officer, now runs an air freight company in Europe. On a night train from Belgrade he is contacted by Interpol in the person of the bland Captain Frederick Ley. Ley is investigating a neo - Nazi organisation which has recently infiltrated into Yougoslavia. It is rumoured that they are after a hoard of gold bars left behind by the SS before they pulled out in 1944. Ley suspects that a German business associate of Boyd's, Klaus Maher, knows where the gold was hidden ; he persuades Boyd to fly Klaus Maher into Yougoslavia and a reluctant Boyd is drawn into a highly dangerous treasure hunt...
