Who is afraid of flying VFR in the Federal Republic of Germany?
It is really true that VFR flying in this airspace is dangerous, overregulated and, therefore, extremly difficult?
Of course there are, like in many other countries, areas of very high traffic density where dangerous situations may evolve, especially if rules and procedures are not properly adhered to.
The relatively narrow airspace of our country has to be shared by a great number of pilots, both civil and military. Sharing the airspace, however, is complicated because it means satisfying the differing demands of all airspace users.
