Description
The Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 was the most mass-produced variant of the iconic fighter, with over 10,000 built. Produced alongside the pressurized G-5—from which it initially differed only by windscreen fresh air intakes—the G-6 remained on the front lines until the war's end. Manufacturing bottlenecks led to the creation of a Fighter Production Committee, resulting in the standardized G-14.
