Description
The Shidenkai (George) was the suitable masterpiece to adorn the Japanese Navy's airborne fleet. To transform the main wings of the precedent Shiden Fighter, the body plagued with a bad field of vision and too big a landing gear was completely re-planned. A low wing arrangement was cancelled and the produced plane exceeded by far the ability of the Shiden.
The Shidenkai was mainly conceived by the 343rd Airborne Corps in Matsuyama base and took part in the air defence of the mainland with its principal naval base in Kure.
