Description
The F/A-18E/F Super Hornet, with its AN/APG-79 radar, MIDS, AYK-22 computers, and advanced EW suite, is the U.S. Navy’s main fighter and attack aircraft. The EA-18G Growler uses the same airframe but replaces the cannon with electronic systems for electronic warfare missions, working with satellites, AWACS, and ground forces.
