Description
Schabak 1:600 scale die-cast model of a SABENA Boeing 737-200 in the airline’s classic 1970s–1980s blue cheatline livery. Compact German-made collectible featuring rolling landing gear and detailed moulded fuselage.
This miniature represents the Boeing 737-200 aircraft introduced by SABENA in the early 1970s to modernise the airline’s European network. The type became one of the carrier’s most recognisable short-haul aircraft during the decade.

SABENA (Société Anonyme Belge d’Exploitation de la Navigation Aérienne) was Belgium’s national airline between 1923 and 2001. Based in Brussels, the company operated an extensive European and African network and became internationally known for its Central African services. SABENA introduced the Boeing 737 family in 1973 as replacement for the Boeing 727 on European routes.
