Description
Schabak 1:600 scale die-cast model representing a SABENA Airbus A310-300 in the airline’s classic blue and white livery. Vintage German-made miniature with rolling landing gear and moulded engine details.
This model corresponds to the Schabak reference 923 series visible under the fuselage. The aircraft shows visible age-related wear and decal fading, typical of older 1980s–1990s collector miniatures.
The Airbus A310 entered SABENA service in the 1980s and became one of the airline’s principal medium-haul widebody aircraft, operating European, African and transatlantic routes. Schabak produced several SABENA A310 versions in 1:600 scale under reference 923/6.

SABENA (Société Anonyme Belge d’Exploitation de la Navigation Aérienne) was Belgium’s national airline from 1923 until 2001. Based in Brussels, the carrier developed an extensive European and African network and became internationally recognised for its Central African routes. During the 1980s and 1990s, SABENA modernised its fleet with Airbus aircraft including the A310.
