The Airbus A319 is a shortened variant of the highly successful A320 family, designed for efficient short to medium-haul operations. With a length of 33.84 meters, wingspan of 34.10 meters, and height of 11.76 meters, the A319 offers airlines flexibility in capacity while maintaining excellent fuel efficiency. Powered by CFM56 or IAE V2500 engines, this twin-engine aircraft typically seats between 124-156 passengers depending on configuration. Finnair has operated the A319 extensively throughout its European network, connecting Helsinki to numerous destinations across the continent. The aircraft's range of approximately 6,800 kilometers makes it ideal for both short European hops and longer routes to southern Europe and the Middle East.
