Description
Impressive large-format display model representing the Airbus A330-200 in Airbus demonstration / house colours.
The model features the characteristic early Airbus A330 presentation scheme, with large A330-200 and AIRBUS titles along the fuselage and blue A330 graphics on the tail.
Its large dimensions – approximately 57 × 59 cm – give the model considerable presence compared with standard 1:200 collector models.
The aircraft is displayed in a dynamic climbing position on a shaped metal support mounted on a red-finished rectangular base.
A particularly attractive display piece for collectors of Airbus memorabilia, commercial aviation models or airline and aerospace promotional material.

MORE TO READ ABOUT AIRBUS
Airbus emerged from a major European industrial cooperation programme created to compete in the international commercial aircraft market. Airbus Industrie was formally established on 18 December 1970, with the A300 becoming its first commercial aircraft programme.
The first A300 flew on 28 October 1972. From this pioneering European wide-body aircraft, Airbus progressively developed a complete family of commercial aircraft, including the A320 and A330 families.
The distinctive blue-and-white markings on this model are Airbus house colours rather than an airline livery, making it particularly representative of the manufacturer's own promotional and display aircraft.
