Space does not permit more than a brief glance at some of the very important work of the Wellington. I have chosen therefore a collection of cameos and photographs illustrating how and why it came about ( much of it new and extracted from the Manufacturer's own records ) and something of its contribution to Allied victory. By no means is it intended to be the book to end all books on the subject.
