The use of this fighter in the African, Russian, Greek, and Yugoslav campaigns with accounts of certain of the aces in these theatres; use by the Axis Allies including Hungary, Bulgaria, and Finland and post-war use in Czechoslovakia and Spain. Experimental and even projected designs are among the many facets covered by copious photographs, including feature pages of Messerschmitt aces. Twenty-three full-page 1/72 scale 3-view tone paintings accurate and artistically finished are in this book, cross-section drawings and, above all, eight pages of full-colour overall marking schemes and insignia are included in this superb production.
