The Sabena's name appears twice on both sides, as well as L'oiseau de ciel ( created by the Belgian surrealist artist René Magritte ).
Even though the very blanket is slightly damaged in the middle of the right edge, nevertheless, it remains in good condition. Here are the details printed on the label :

A little History :
As regards the representation of René Magritte's L'oiseau de ciel, its use is prior to the last decade of the 20th century though. During the 1960s, Sabena Airlines' Director Gilbert Périer ( 1902 - 1968 ) is keen to link the company's image to a great Belgian painter. By the month of December 1965, contact is established with René Magritte to order him a work of art. This one is delivered three months later. L'oiseau de ciel's image is used to auxiliary advertisement : posters, labels, leaflets, etc... until 1973. The said year corresponds to Sabena Airlines' 50th Anniversary. The company chooses new advertising emblems on this occasion. However, L'oiseau de ciel does not disappear from the Belgian national company's radar screens, because the blanket presented here is a good demonstration of it.
