The A-20 had entered service in the 1940s and it had been used extensively in combat operations as both a night and medium attack bomber. In August 1940, and in the wake of the success of the first A-20s in combat, the Army Air Corps directed Douglas to begin extensive investigation of ways to improve operational use of their popular design, and to evaluate the incorporation of a series of new and more efficient equipment and design. Production first began on August 28, 1943. The first B-26s built had a clear bomb bay with two .50 caliber machine guns with 500 rounds of ammunition. The two .50 caliber machine guns were then supplied with four hundred rounds of ammunition. These were then supplied with two remote-controlled turrets in the rear sections with both Bendix and twin-M-2 type mounted together into a single unit. The gunner located just after the bomb bay. The gunner armed with two Westinghouse turrets on the top and below the glider. That provided a very strong attack guns. As the war progressed, the model used by the air force revived it as a test model on both side improvement was so important that the new fly invaders saw service in three wars. They were the Second World War. After World War II [the A-26]'s were very extensively combat aircraft used by the United States in World War II, Korea, and Vietnam. The two invaders saw service in three wars. They were combat aircraft used by the United States in World War II, Korea, and some even saw action in Vietnam. The First A-26s entered service over Europe during the enemy defense design, versatility, and rugged durability piece attest to its excellent design.

More to read about the KIT here, thanks to scalemates, a Belgian Scale modeling database

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0270/3015/9446/files/image1_142e9977-e468-4d24-a359-7ed4a0452715.jpeg?v=1782390710
