General terms and conditions of sale

Article 1 : Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all contracts concluded by us and any buyer, consumer or professional, wishing to place an order via our website.

A consumer is understood to be any natural person who acts for purposes which do not fall within the scope of his commercial, industrial, craft or liberal activity.

These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not expressly approved by us and shall apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, even those included on order forms issued by the buyer.

éditions pat.H reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the order by the buyer, while current contracts will remain subject to the conditions applicable at the time the sale is concluded.

The agreement can be concluded in Dutch, English or French, at the choice of the customer. The subsequent exchange of information will also take place in one of these languages. The customer may not invoke his lack of knowledge of the chosen language to invoke the non-application of one or more conditions.

Article 3: Characteristics of the goods and services offered

The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on our website Each product is accompanied by a description.

The photographs in the catalogue are provided for information purposes only and are not of a contractual nature.

The product catalogue and their description appearing on do not constitute an offer as such. It is therefore not sufficient to go through the order procedure on our site to form a sales contract.

The sale will only be definitively concluded after receipt of the confirmation email.

For the security and certainty of the customer, éditions pat.H reserves the right to ask for additional information and to refuse to execute the order if no adequate response is received.

Editions pat.H may also refuse orders when it appears that the buyer intends to resell the products.

Article 4 : Prices

The prices of the products and services displayed on the site are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other applicable taxes).

The normal delivery and shipping costs are displayed, taking into account the information provided by the customer concerning the place of delivery.

Offers are valid for the entire duration of the website.

Editions pat.H reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Nevertheless, the prices applicable to the order are those in force at the time of order confirmation.

The pat.H editions reserves the right to pass on to its prices any changes in the rate of VAT which occur before the delivery date.

Article 5 : Orders

The customer who wishes to place an order must :

fill in the identification form;

fill in the online order form giving all the references of the products or services chosen;

validate his order after having checked it;

Acknowledge having read and accepted the present general conditions ;

make payment in accordance with the terms and conditions;

The sale will only be definitively concluded after receipt of the confirmation email.

No goods will be sent without validation of the order and receipt of full payment of the order.

Article 6 : Payment

The customer can make his payment :

a) by Paypal (secure payment with the advantage of not having to communicate financial information).

b) by Ogone.

c) by bank transfer. In the latter case, the products are reserved for the attention of the customer for 5 days, pending payment. Once this period has elapsed, pat.H editions may decide to cancel the order.

Notwithstanding article 1583 of the Civil Code, the goods sold, delivered or installed remain the exclusive property of éditions pat.H until full payment of the invoices. Notwithstanding this reservation of ownership, all risks of loss and damage relating to the goods concerned are transferred to the customer as soon as they are taken in possession.

Article 7 : Delivery

The products are delivered by bpost. Delivery costs are at the customer's expense. Deliveries are made to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.

If the customer is not present to receive the order when the postman passes by, the postman will leave a notice of absence in the customer's mailbox.
